Mid Java Developer

What you will do

Develop and maintain Java-based applications at the core of our clients’ operations
Modernise legacy systems: Java 8 to Java 17 migration and an ActiveMQ to RabbitMQ transition
Design backend solutions within a microservices environment
Optimise existing code and implement new features
Integrate external and internal systems using REST APIs
Collaborate day to day with analysts, testers and DevOps engineers

What you bring

2–4 years of Java programming experience
Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices architecture
Experience with Oracle or other relational databases
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM ways of working
Fluent English

Nice to have: Camunda, Angular or React with TypeScript, and experience integrating banking systems.
