We are engineers who have spent twenty years building enterprise software together. We started Tenvalleys to do the best engineering of our careers, and to find out how much further AI could take it.

So we rebuilt the way we work around it. AI became the operating model for every team and role at Tenvalleys, from delivery to strategy to operations, and it changed how the whole company thinks, not just what tools it uses.

We connected the processes into one system: an exoskeleton the whole team works inside, each person adding their own business judgment on top. Then came the personal harnesses: an assistant tuned to each individual and how they actually work. Now each of us multiplies our own potential through it, and the team multiplies that again by sharing every technique that works.
